Senior Project Manager

We’re supporting a key project in Bradford and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an Energy Centre and District Heating scheme.

This is a fast‑paced contract role with strong potential for extension, offering the opportunity to play a critical role in a low‑carbon infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the programme to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors across site activities.
• Work closely with design teams to close out outstanding actions.
• Collaborate with the Commissioning Manager to ensure commissioning programme targets are met.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence, providing leadership and oversight.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering energy centre and/or district heating projects.
• Strong background in utilities, infrastructure, or construction.
• Experience managing contracts (NEC preferred).
• Hands‑on leader with strong coordination and delivery focus.
• Ability to mobilise quickly and operate on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
