1. Operational Processes: Assisting with inventory and stock, audits & banking processes
2. Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts
3. Premium Customer Service: Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience
4. Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales initiatives.
