We are working with this top tier firm in Leeds, who are looking to hire a junior to mid-level Associate for their thriving Insolvency & Restructuring team.
The team is one of the largest in the region and covers all areas, including:
- contingency planning
- turnaround advisory work
- lender advice
- directors’ duties advice
- distressed M&A
- formal insolvencies (corporate and personal)
- contentious insolvency work
They act on behalf of a broad client base, which includes:
- UK clearing banks
- alternative lenders
- private equity
- debt funds
- trustees
- senior executives
- shareholders
- creditors
- charities
There is real strength & depth in their Restructuring & Insolvency expertise, and it doesn’t hurt that this is a really friendly and approachable bunch of lawyers.
The 3-partner team is well-balanced and is now looking for additional resource at the more junior end.
