We can offer this post at either Band 6 or Development into Band 6 level depending on level of clinical experience.
This role forms part of a wider Mental Health AHP team that provides specialist Occupational Therapy input to our community and inpatient mental health services across the region. This role although is based with the Wigtownshire Community Mental Health Team, forms part of the wider Occupational Therapy team that works across the West of the region. We provide a range of evidence based specialist assessments and interventions to adults as key members of the multi disciplinary community mental health team in the area. As a small, supportive, innovative Mental Health Allied Health Professions Team we collaborate to deliver a programme of group work delivered both virtually and in person. Systems and processes are in place to ensure that you will have regular supervision and opportunities for learning and development and involvement in projects to improve services.
It is essential that you hold a driving licence, have a degree level qualification as an occupational therapist and are registered with the HCPC.
