We’re looking for compassionate, resilient graduates to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in schools across the local area.

- Have a degree, or are graduating this year

- Have a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
- Are patient, positive and ready to learn
- Have experience working with children or vulnerable adults, this could be through volunteering, coaching, mentoring or part-time work, although it’s not essential
