Founding Software Engineer — AI Voice Platform

We’re working with an early-stage startup building AI voice agents for real-world businesses.

This is a founding engineer role where you’ll shape the product, architecture, and how the company builds from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Build core product features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure

• Work directly with customers to understand problems and deliver solutions

• Ship quickly when needed, but invest in scalable foundations where it matters

• Set engineering standards across testing, reliability, and security

• Cloud infrastructure

• Third-party integrations

• High ownership and direct product impact

• Work on real-world AI use cases, not demos
