Role details
I’m currently working with an international recruitment consultancy with growth plans to scale to 80+ consultants by 2027, after tripling headcount this year. They operate with 90% retained business, consistently winning retainers against major search firms, and working directly with VCs and their tech portfolios. This role will see you lead the expansion of their AI practice, leveraging existing VC relationships and working closely with their executive search, GTM, and tech teams.
