Regional Ops Leader — Fleet & Service Excellence

Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots, ensuring high service standards, fleet performance and SOP compliance. You will coach Depot Leaders and drive operational excellence with close collaboration to Central Ops, Finance and HR.

The role reports to the Regional Director, involves travel up to 50%, and requires hands-on operational experience, leadership in multi-location settings, and strong budgeting capabilities in English.
