We have a vacancy within our City Telecare Services installation team.
You will be responsible for contacting and making visits to elderly and vulnerable people who are new to our Telecare Service and to install Telecare equipment where required. You will hold discussions with customers to explain our range of services and set them up with the most appropriate package. This involves communicating with elderly and other vulnerable people and taking measures to support their safety and independent living.
About The Role
It’s a role that plays an essential part in the functioning of our City Telecare service. You’ll be compassionate, empathetic and have exceptional communication skills but be able to cope with competing demands, sometimes in stressful conditions. You’ll need to be able to work independently and on your own initiative whilst operating as a committed member of the team.
Shift Pattern
Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00
Friday 08:30 – 16:30

Salary: The salary band for this role is £32,061 – £36,362. The starting salary is £32,061 with annual progression through the salary bands.
