German Speaking Translation Project Manager

The role

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of fast-moving projects, working with clients across the UK and Europe, coordinating translators, and making sure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning translation projects from brief to delivery
• Working with CAT tools (we’ll train you) and multilingual files
• Managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Building strong relationships with clients and linguists
• Following standard practice to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction
• Liaising with Sales and Accounts teams on new quotations and invoicing

We’d love to hear from you if you

• Speak fluent German and English
• Have a Modern Languages degree (essential)
• Are organised, detail-driven, and a natural problem-solver
• Enjoy juggling multiple projects and working with people
• Have solid IT skills (MS Office)
• High levels of numeracy and commercial awareness
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills
