Housing Business Support Supervisor
Location: Lyndhurst (Hybrid – min. 50% office-based)
Salary: £35,646 per annum, pro rata (£18.48/hour)
Contract: Temporary (Fixed Term until 31st December 2026)
Hours: Monday-Friday (Covering service hours 08:00-17:15)
The Role
We are looking for a proactive supervisor to lead the Housing Business Support Administrative team. You will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting the wider Housing Resident Services team during a busy 9‑month period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of up to 3 Business Support Officers.
- Leading evidence gathering, creating timelines, and drafting responses.
- Triage damp, mould, and disrepair reports to prioritise repairs.
- Act as a Data Protection lead, handling FOI and Subject Access Requests.
- Provide support to the Customer Service and Operational Planning teams, including handling telephone, web, and email enquiries during peak periods.
What You’ll Need
- Education: A‑Level or equivalent (Essential); NVQ Level 3 in Business (Desirable).
- Experience: Proven track record in office administration and team supervision.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and experience with complaint management.
- Attributes: Highly flexible, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and a strong communicator.
