Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

Overview

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc.
• Attend consultants meetings and manage the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with about 8 years’ experience
• Experience in design and implementation.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal/communicational skills
• Experience as a consulting in the construction industry is a pre-requisite
