IT Systems Manager

Connexa IT Recruitment is looking for a highly motivated IT Systems Manager to join their team in Harrow, London. In this role, you will work with the team to directly improve day-to-day experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s digital infrastructure, lead the IT support team, and ensure all network systems remain operational across multiple sites.
• Maintain, enhance, and support IT systems while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and technological best practices.
• Offer strategic guidance on expanding digital capabilities, ensuring IT resources align with long-term development plans.
• Contribute to organization-wide technology projects, drive adoption of IT services, and seek out opportunities for digital innovation.
• Continuously refine systems, resolve technical issues, and manage a variety of educational technologies within the learning environment.
• Stay informed on advancements in educational technology to support the institution’s evolving needs.

• Ticket systems experience

• Strong technical background in designing, configuring, and managing networks
