We’re looking for a Customer Success Management Business Partner to join our growing Customer Success team and help us make – and keep – Customers for Life.

The Role

As a Customer Success Management Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve sustained value from their IRIS solutions.

You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of subscription-based customers
  • Drive retention, renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and usage patterns
  • Develop and execute Customer Success Plans
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Act as the primary escalation point and coordinate internal resources
  • Drive adoption, engagement and measurable outcomes
  • Deliver against KPIs including retention, LTV and upsell

This is a commercially focused Customer Success role where relationship management, value delivery and data-driven decision making are key.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or related client-facing roles
  • Experience managing subscription-based / SaaS customers
  • Ability to manage multiple customers concurrently
  • Commercial mindset with exposure to retention and expansion targets
  • Organised, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
