Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

We’reon the lookout for someone special to join ourMarketing R&D Teamas aEuropean PortfolioTeam Leaderon a12 monthFTC. This is an exciting opportunity to help us keep things moving smoothly and make sure ourbig ideascome to life.You’llplay a key role in making sure our innovation pipeline flows without a hitch, while finding clever ways to make our processes simpler and stronger. Working with lots of different teams,you’llhelp us stay resilient, embracenew technologies, and keep everything running like clockwork. You’llbe

  • Managingour marketing portfolioacross renovations andinnovation pipeline, ensuring it isfull and flowing.
  • Continually improving and developing smartways to manage projects so everything gets delivered on time and with ease.
  • Find opportunities to improve how we work through automation and new digital toolsto speed up and be agile.
  • Build strong connections with teams like Supply Chain and Technology and Transformationto make things happen,don’tforget finance to make sure we are delivering our growth targets and profits.
  • Lead and support your team so they feel empowered, motivated, and ready to shine.

You’llhave

  • Strong leadership experience inprogram managementanda track recordof commercialising ideas.You know how to keep things moving and make smart decisions along the way.
  • Strong people leadership and influencing skills.You’llbe guiding a team of5people and working closely with senior leaders, soyou’llneed to inspire confidence and bring people together.
  • Business and commercial know-how. Understanding cost performance, forecasting, and distribution execution will help you make the right calls for thebusiness..
  • Collaboration skills to work with lots of different teams and priorities, so being able to build great relationships and keep everyone on the same page is key.
  • Project management skills. Managing complex projects with multiple moving parts, functions, and locations won’tfaze you.
  • Experience with end-to-end project delivery of FMCG, planning, organizing, negotiating, and building strong business relationships are all part of your toolkit.
  • A knack for managing budgets effectively. You know how to keep things efficient without cutting corners.
