Systems Analyst – Excel and SQL inc dashboards – Leeds Hybrid REF 1054

Job Duties:

Work directly with the IT Manager and Directors to provide detailed reports to analyse total product profitability and service cost to support sales decisions.

Collate and analyse core financials and KPI data and develop current reporting in order to form further insights and recommendations.

Review & automate to improve current manual data processes.

Create dashboards using advanced Excel techniques and queries.

Support IT Manager with any other associated tasks.

• Periodically assist with any first line support issues for a very limited number of users.
• Develop & maintain internal & external relationships.
