What You’ll Do
- Lead new feature development from concept to production
- Design and build low-latency, high-performance systems
- Maintain and improve existing services while introducing new functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Enhance development and operations processes
- Contribute to architecture and system design
- Participate in an out-of-hours support rotation
What You’ll Need
- Expertise in C# / .NET (or a willingness to cross-train from Java)
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Background in high-performance, low-latency applications
- Industry experience in finance or other mission-critical sectors
- Strong understanding of complex data structures, concurrency, and garbage collectors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
