This is an excellent opportunity for a Refrigeration Service Manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and strategic input, with the chance to shape service operations, secure new business, and progress towards a future Director-level role within the business.
The Role:
- Manage and lead a team of refrigeration engineers and support staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workload management, and resource planning
- Drive business growth by securing new service opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, F-Gas regulations, and company procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving escalated service issues where required
The Person:
- Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service management or a similar role
- Experience in working off the tools, in the office
- Full UK driving licence
