Job description Employee Relations Associate – Belfast (Hybrid, Permanent, Full-Time)Salary: Circa £32,000 + 2 days WFH per weekReady to grow your career in Employee Relations? If you enjoy a mix of casework, people interaction, and fast‑paced HR operations, this role offers real variety and development.What You’ll Be DoingEmployee Experience & HR AdministrationManaging offboarding, maternity, and sickness absence recordsMonitoring the HR inbox and responding to employee/manager queriesUpdating employee records and issuing contractual amendmentsProviding accurate note‑taking support at ER and HR meetingsTUPE & Employee Relations SupportSupporting end‑to‑end TUPE administrationPreparing ELI information and coordinating staff communicationsArranging and attending TUPE consultationsLiaising with external providersSupporting onboarding/offboarding for TUPE activityCase Management & General ER DutiesManaging junior ER cases from initial concern to resolutionDrafting invite/outcome letters, reports and documentationSupporting probation reviews, flexible working requests and investigationsEnsuring ER activity complies with NI & ROI employment legislationBooking confidential meetings and providing accurate minute‑takingWhat You’ll Bring1+ year’s experience within a busy Employee Relations functionExcellent multitasking and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesConfident working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environmentAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at onceComfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to travel occasionally to Dublin and sites across IrelandBasic knowledge of NI & ROI employment law (desirable)Work PerksSalary circa £32,000Hybrid working – 2 days from home per weekExposure to a wide range of ER cases and processesStrong development pathway within a supportive HR teamHow to ApplyApplicants must demonstrate clearly in their application how they meet the essential eligibility criteria listed above.If you’re passionate about employee experience, enjoy variety in your day, and want to build your ER expertise,this could be the perfect next step.Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland with full-rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom….
