Responsible for end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and delivery of editorial projects onshore and offshore.

Lead and manage editorial freelancers and partners to meet project requirements and timelines.

Collaborate closely with Integra Project Managers and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality output.

Drive client engagement and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

Project Management

  • Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of editorial projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
  • Assign editorial work to freelancers based on project needs and their expertise, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct quality assurance reviews, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly status updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications related to project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Participate in client calls and face-to-face meetings as required to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Only candidates based in UK and who has experience in handling Academic Publishers are preferred.
