As a Software Engineer, you will design and develop backend services and portals for a global payment platform. You’ll work with modern tools and methodologies like CI/CD and Behavioral Driven Development, in a collaborative and empowering environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software engineering
• Experience with OO languages (Java, C#), databases, and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for building scalable, high-quality software
• We’re seeking engineers who go beyond frameworks and tools—those who understand the why behind the how
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
• Experience designing modular, testable, and scalable architectures
• Strong understanding of relational databases—indexing, joins, stored procedures, ER modelling
• Familiarity with code reviews, refactoring, and shared ownership in collaborative teams
• Ability to contribute to reusable libraries and think in terms of systems, not just feature
