A leading London developer with a strong pipeline of high-quality residential schemes is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead and evolve its sales strategy across several signficant developments.
This opportunity will suit an experienced senior sales professional currently operating within a leading residential developer or housebuilder environment, with direct experience delivering sales performance across large-scale London schemes.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of upcoming developments, working closely with executive leadership, development teams, and marketing partners to deliver strong launch strategies and sustained sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales strategy across multiple London residential developments
- Drive sales performance from pre-launch through to completion
- Work closely with internal and external marketing teams to shape campaign strategy, branding, and launch positioning
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing on-site and off-plan sales teams
- Manage relationships with UK and international sales agents
- Analyse market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer demand across London
- Provide regular reporting and commercial insights to board-level stakeholders
- Ensure developments are positioned competitively within the prime and mid-market London residential sector
- Maintain oversight of the full buyer journey from enquiry to completion
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience within the London new-build residential development sector
- Currently operating at Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Regional Sales leadership level
- Strong track record delivering sales success across multi-phase developments
- Strong leadership experience managing internal sales teams and external agencies
- Deep understanding of London buyer profiles, investor demand, and pricing strategy
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder and leadership skills
