Sales Director – SaaS | Permanent, Full Time | £120k to £130k | Hybrid City of London
A high growth SaaS business is looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive new revenue and lead commercial growth. This is a senior role for a proven sales leader who knows how to build pipeline, win new clients and close high value deals in a competitive market.
The role
- Drive new business and revenue growth
- Lead and execute the sales strategy
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Own complex SaaS sales cycles from first conversation to close
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, forecasting and performance
- Work closely with senior leadership to accelerate growth
What we’re looking for
- Proven Sales Director or Head of Sales with a ‘hunter’ mindset and experience within SaaS
- Strong track record of winning new business and hitting revenue targets
- Commercially sharp with a hands on approach to sales
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and strategic deals
