International Tax Manager

We’re currently partnered with a FTSE 100 who are looking for a motivated individual to take a crucial role within the team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing Group Tax function at a pivotal moment in its evolution.

You’ll act as a first point of contact for international tax queries, support advisory projects, and contribute to global compliance and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to build relationships across multiple functions and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with tax, treasury, finance, legal and operations teams across key countries.
• Prepare CFC analysis and support wider reporting requirements (DAC6, WHT clearances, residency certificates, etc.).
• Assist with UK and international tax audits.
• Support the design and implementation of restructuring, refinancing and other advisory projects.
• Contribute to BEPS Pillar 2 compliance.
• Provide transfer pricing support across the group.

About You

• Professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CA/CTA or equivalent).
• 2–3 years’ international tax experience (in‑house desirable).
• Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
