Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with customers to help them get real value from our products. You’ll build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and play a key role in retaining and growing accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and support their success
  • Help customers maximise value and achieve their goals
  • Proactively manage accounts to maintain satisfaction and reduce churn
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to grow revenue
  • Monitor account health, usage, and key metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Forecast revenue and highlight risks and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year in a customer-facing B2B role (SaaS/tech a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and CRM tools
