As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with customers to help them get real value from our products. You’ll build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and play a key role in retaining and growing accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with customers and support their success
- Help customers maximise value and achieve their goals
- Proactively manage accounts to maintain satisfaction and reduce churn
- Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to grow revenue
- Monitor account health, usage, and key metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Forecast revenue and highlight risks and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year in a customer-facing B2B role (SaaS/tech a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and CRM tools
