A Japanese real estate company is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in central London. You will be responsible for property acquisition, tenant relations, tenancy administration, and a wide range of operational support across the business. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be highly organised, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Japanese working experience and some Japanese language ability are required.

Sales Executive Main Responsibilities
- Acquire new landlords and property listings
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Register client information in internal systems
- Arrange property viewings for prospective tenants
- Negotiate with landlords, conduct reference checks, prepare tenancy agreements, and coordinate move‑in procedures
- Provide ongoing support to tenants during their tenancy
- Manage new property onboarding, including marketing preparation (photos, videos) and reporting to landlords
- Maintain property listings on online portals
- Handle office visitors and liaise with delivery companies
- Support office lease administration
- Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors
Sales Executive Skills & Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Business‑level English
- Japanese working experience and/or conversational+ level Japanese required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
