Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Provide commercial advice and cost management throughout all project stages.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with senior-level exposure.
• Strong estimating skills with the ability to deliver accurate pre-contract costs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• RICS qualification desirable but not essential.
