A day in the life of an Associate:

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will connect clients with expert insights. Your day involves managing multiple projects, coordinating between investors, strategists, and dealmakers, requiring strong communication skills and multitasking across workstreams.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting relevant experts for client projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding project and market contexts, including legal and regulatory environments.
  • Managing project tasks from initiating to scheduling and coordinating client-expert communications.

Requirements:

We seek candidates who:

  • Hold an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above.
  • Have notable extracurricular achievements.
  • Possess relevant internship experience.
  • Are fluent in English and Spanish (C2 level); experience in Europe is a plus.
  • Are motivated by a total first-year compensation of £48,500-£57,500, including a base salary of £41,500 and performance-based variable pay.
  • Benefit from a 4% pension contribution, private health and dental insurance, 25 vacation days, and flexible work options including remote Fridays.
