What You’ll Do
The Clinical Quality Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring safe, effective, and compliant clinical care across MSI UK’s contact‑centre services. Working across telephone and digital clinical pathways, the role provides expert oversight of clinical quality, governance, and patient safety, maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
The role works closely with the Clinical Services Matron, General Managers, Clinical Team Managers, and the Quality & Governance team to provide assurance, challenge, and expert guidance. Effective collaboration and clear delegation are essential to ensure consistent, proportionate, and joined‑up quality oversight across all contact‑centre operations.
