Data Engineer – Databricks & Azure

Overview

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to support the development and ongoing evolution of a Databricks-based lakehouse architecture within a data-driven organisation.

Technical Skills

• Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data modelling
• Hands-on experience using Databricks for scalable data processing
• Experience with Azure SQL or similar cloud-based data storage solutions
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with modern data pipeline and transformation tools such as dbt
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

• Databricks or Azure Data Engineering certifications
• Experience automating data deployment, release, and upgrade processes
