Role Summary
Oxfam GB is looking for a Merchandising Administrator (12‑month Fixed Term Contract) to support our Sourced by Oxfam Merchandising team in efficiently managing stock throughout the product lifecycle from conception to customer. The role will involve accurate administration duties, keeping systems up‑to‑date, invoice matching and answering queries from shops and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry onto our systems
- Raising orders & transfers
- Responding to queries from shop teams
- Liaising with the warehouse and other key stakeholders
- Managing stock through the product lifecycle

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Computer literate with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

- Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
- Resilient and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable, able to cope with ambiguity and multiple sources of information
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and influence at all levels and with a variety of stakeholders
- Interest in progressing in a merchandising career
