We are looking for an experienced and motivated Multi-Trade Supervisor to oversee maintenance and refurbishment works across a portfolio of social housing properties throughout the Midlands. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a strong trade background and proven experience managing teams on‑site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of multi‑trade operatives (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance)
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and health & safety audits
- Plan and schedule works, materials, and labour efficiently
- Act as the main point of contact between operatives, tenants, and management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Support with reporting, job tracking, and performance monitoring
About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing or property maintenance
- Strong multi‑trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, or general building)
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
