We’re working with a large, scaled provider of primary care services, operating across a multi‑site national footprint and serving diverse communities across the UK.
They are hiring a commercial, growth‑focused Head of Marketing to take full ownership of patient growth and retention performance across the organisation.
This is a stand‑alone senior role with genuine accountability, not a brand‑only position. You’ll own patient registrations, digital acquisition efficiency, CPA, ROI and retention, operating with a PE‑style mindset focused on outcomes, pace and scale.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Driving patient registrations at scale through high‑performing digital channels
- Full ownership of digital acquisition strategy, CPA and ROI
- Building scalable, repeatable growth models across a multi‑practice portfolio
- Improving patient retention and lifecycle engagement, not just acquisition
- Using data, insight and experimentation to double‑down on what works
- Acting as the single point of accountability for marketing performance
What we’re looking for
- Proven success driving acquisition at scale, ideally in complex or regulated environments
- Strong commercial ownership of CPA, ROI and funnel performance
- Experience operating across multi‑site or multi‑location organisations
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, high‑autonomy role with clear targets and visibility
