Overview

Salaried GP required in Luton: 9 sessions per week; salary £90,000 per annum plus MDU cover and NHS Pension. The practice has high QoF scores and is located in a purpose-built Health Centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP services across 9 sessions per week at a modern, purpose-built Health Centre in Luton.
• Work with a full clinical and non-clinical team; no extended hours or weekend commitments; maximum of 1 home visit per day.
• Replace a retiring GP and contribute to a well-run practice with ample support functions.
• Manage a registered patient list of around 5,500 and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Utilise System One and a paper-light workflow to support day-to-day clinical work.
• Collaborate with an exceptional clinical team and maintain a positive, health-promoting practice environment.
• Maintain high standards in QoF delivery and keep the CQC rating at GOOD.
• Work with a full team of nursing and support staff to enable smooth patient care.
• Take advantage of flexible working patterns and opportunities to develop special interests.

• Salary £90,000 per annum for 9 sessions per week; includes MDU cover and NHS Pension.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP on the performers list; previous UK experience as an ST3 GP or higher.
