Job Summary
Are you passionate about project management, storytelling, and pushing boundaries? We’re looking for someone who thrives on challenges and transforms them into opportunities. You have a knack for delivering seamless client experiences, even when faced with unexpected setbacks. With your creative thinking and collaborative mindset, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our elite design team to deliver stunning, top-quality creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the design team to align creative deliverables with client expectations and project briefs, consistently exceeding quality standards
- Conduct thorough online research to gather insights that support teammates and enhance project outcomes
- Develop clear, actionable project timelines and monitor progress to ensure all key deadlines are met
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently to streamline project management processes and maintain workflow continuity
- Apply strong written communication skills to craft and adapt messaging across diverse contexts, mastering various tonalities to engage target audiences
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and effective time management to uphold project quality and deadlines
- Take ownership of project challenges by proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions independently or collaboratively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Social Media Management, Art & Design, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management supporting social media marketing design, client servicing, marketing, or corporate clients
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; additional language skills are a plus
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software; interest in digital programming is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within creative teams
- Self-starter with curiosity, confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm to contribute as a supportive team player
