Leading e-commerce client now requires a Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of cutting-edge digital products across web and mobile platforms.
You’ll work closely with scrum teams and stakeholders to define requirements, shape solutions, and drive delivery within a modern, API-driven microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and define technical and business requirements
- Define ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes
- Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyse system integrations and data flows
- Support backlog refinement and Agile delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders and third‑party vendors
Key Skills
- Strong BA experience in e-commerce or digital environments
- Experience with microservices and APIs (including testing tools like Postman/Swagger/SOAP UI)
- Solid understanding of technical architectures (data, DevOps, infrastructure)
- Fluent in BOTH English and French (Essential).
- Proven track record working in Agile teams
This is an initial 6‑month contract role which provides a daily rate of £550 Outside IR35).
In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2 days per week in our clients London office and the rest remote.
