The Role
They’re hiring a Consultant to join one of their established practices (perm-focused, with contract exposure depending on desk).
You’ll be:
- Running a full 360 desk with real client ownership
- Working with high-calibre clients who value expertise, not CV spam
- Recruiting into genuinely interesting tech & transformation roles
- Supported by experienced leadership who actually know how to bill
This is ideal for a consultant who wants to build a desk properly, not just survive month-to-month.
The package
- Base salary between £35k-£45k DOE
- Uncapped commission, transparent and achievable. Up to 45% at the top tier
