An international, private-equity-backed business operating across multiple jurisdictions is seeking to appoint a Group Chief Financial Officer.
This appointment represents a critical leadership role within a complex, scaled organisation at a pivotal point in its evolution. The successful individual will operate as a true Board-level partner, providing financial authority, strategic judgement, and disciplined execution across a geographically diverse footprint.
The role encompasses full accountability for financial strategy, performance, liquidity, governance, and investor engagement.
Indicative Profile
- Senior CFO with demonstrable experience at Group level
- Track record within PE-backed environments, ideally through to transaction or exit
- Direct exposure to Series B or equivalent growth-stage capital structures
- Experience operating across multiple international markets
- Involvement in M&A and strategic transactions
- Background within B2B, technology-led, or data-driven businesses preferred
- Comfortable operating at Board and shareholder level
