Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and target new clients through calls, networking, and market research.
• Client Management: Build strong relationships to understand hiring needs and become a trusted recruitment partner.
• Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, interview, and shortlist top talent for your clients.
• Full Cycle Management: Manage the process from initial brief through to offer negotiation and closing deals.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Highly motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Desire to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.
