Heroux-Devtek’s Nottingham operation is a precision machining site in the UK specialising in small to medium landing gear components. As Senior Team Leader, you will supervise a team of skilled technicians and liaise with stakeholders to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency targets.

You will lead CNC machinists on a rotating two-shift pattern, ensuring safe, efficient operations while achieving production and delivery targets and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
