We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Manager to own and execute Stoa’s marketing and content from idea to live output.
This role is responsible for creating and managing content that drives awareness, engagement, customer adoption, and deposits. It is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys doing the work, not just coordinating others.
Stoa is an early-stage savings platform helping people make better use of idle cash savings by unlocking real-world high-value lifestyle perks instead of earning small amounts of interest. The platform is live in the UK and works closely with merchants and partners nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Stoa’s marketing and content across all channels
- Create blog posts and long-form written content aligned with the brand
- Plan and produce video content and short-form series for social platforms
- Manage social media posting multiple times per week
- Source and publish customer testimonials and case studies
- Support and manage events, webinars, and live sessions
- Own the email marketing calendar, including onboarding and campaigns
- Write email copy and oversee simple designs for emails and social content
- Create and adapt lightweight visual assets for social, email, and content such as templates, carousels, and thumbnails
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone, and visual consistency
- Work closely with the founders to translate strategy into consistent execution
- Track performance and iterate content based on what works
Qualifications
- Strong execution mindset and attention to detail
- Clear, confident writing ability
- Good creative instincts and strong general taste
- Comfortable working with basic design tools to ship clean, on-brand visuals
- Comfortable managing multiple content formats at once
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage schedules and deadlines
- Enjoys working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
- Hands-on experience in content marketing, social media, or brand marketing
- Experience creating content directly, not only managing agencies
- Familiarity with tools like Canva and or Adobe (for example Photoshop or Illustrator) is a plus but not required
- Understanding xwzovoh of simple design workflows and visual hierarchy
- Experience supporting events or webinars is a strong bonus
- Startup, fintech, SaaS, or consumer-facing brand experience is a plus
- Suits someone early to mid-career who wants meaningful ownership
Location
- Hybrid role with regular in-person collaboration
- London-based candidates preferred but not required
