Process Engineer, West YorkshireAre you a hands-on engineer who loves optimising production, solving problems, and improving efficiency? Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a leading UK medical manufacturer looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to make a real impact.

Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer:

• Lead process improvement and innovation projects across a busy factory.
• Analyse and improve production methods to increase efficiency and quality.
• Design and improve tooling and products using CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Reduce waste, cycle times, and non-value-added activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
• Contribute to new product introductions and capital projects.

What you will need to be considered, Manufacturing Process Engineer:

• HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAD software; ERP familiarity is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
