Purpose of the Job:

To provide safe, person-centred support to residents across several Leicester residential services, helping them with daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing.

• 21 Victor Ave, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0GG
• Aylestone Lane, Wigston, LE18 1AR
• Deveron Way, Hinckley, LE10 0XD
• 1 Carlton Drive, Wigston, LE18 1DE
• Pay: £12.65 per hour (day shifts)
• Wake Nights: £15.81 per hour
• Contract: Ad hoc / flexible shift work
• Driving Licence: Not required — but you must be able to travel to the services

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Supporting residents with daily living tasks and personal care
• Promoting independence, choice, and a positive living environment
• Working as part of the staff team within each service
• Following support plans and recording relevant information
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout every shift
• Adapting to different routines across multiple xwzovoh residential homes

Requirements:

• In-date physical Moving & Handling certificate (essential)
• Experience in care or support roles (desirable)
• Ability to travel independently to the listed locations
• Reliability, professionalism, and good communication skills
• Flexibility to cover various shifts, including wake nights
