Senior SAP Finance Business Analyst @ Conexus DX
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading management consulting firm expanding its SAP practice. The team is seeking an SAP Finance Business Analyst with solid functional experience and strong consulting skills to support ongoing S/4HANA transformation programmes across the UK.

- Partner directly with client Finance teams to understand business requirements across Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Lead and contribute to workshops, capture requirements, and shape best-practice SAP solutions.
- Produce clear, high-quality deliverables including process documentation, functional specifications, and gap analyses.
- Collaborate with technical and offshore teams to align business needs with system design.
- Support testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities as part of a wider delivery team.
- Identify improvement opportunities and help clients optimise Finance processes.
Key Requirements
- Around 4–5 years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) functional consulting experience, ideally with a recognised SI or consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of core Finance and R2R processes.
- Experience working directly with business users in a consulting environment.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and workshop facilitation skills.
- Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Exposure to S/4HANA is desirable.
