We’re working with an established, full-service London firm with an award-winning property team and a strong reputation in the residential market. They are looking to add an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, ideally around 4-5 PQE (but flexible), to a busy and well-regarded team.
The work combines high-end residential property with established panel work, giving you variety without sacrificing quality.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload, with work likely to include:
- High-end residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Panel residential work
- Lease extensions
- Remortgages and related property matters
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Developing strong client and professional relationships
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your matters while having the support of an experienced wider property team around you.
About You
We’re ideally looking for someone with around 4-5 years’ PQE (but flexible) and a solid background in residential conveyancing.
You’ll be confident handling your own caseload and comfortable dealing directly with clients, agents and other professionals.
A following or established referral network would be advantageous, particularly if you enjoy business development and want to develop your own client base within the firm. However, you do not need to bring a following to be successful.
The firm may also consider a more junior candidate who has gained particularly good residential property experience during early career and is ready to step into a quality focused role.
