Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week with flexible availability
  • Access to transport (essential for reaching services in Hoddesdon and surrounding areas)
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) for clear communication
  • Committed to health and safety, reliable, and well-organised

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow care plans and risk assessments
  • Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Administer medication (training provided)
  • Support mobility and physical therapy
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Carry out domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
  • Complete detailed handover notes and report concerns
  • Act responsibly in emergencies

Your Role

You’ll support individuals with physical and mental health challenges, helping them maintain independence and dignity. This includes personal care, mobility assistance, medication support, meal preparation, and emotional companionship.
