Exam Invigilator – Secondary Schools | Kingston Upon Thames
We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and experienced Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools across Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within welcoming and well-resourced school environments that value both staff and student success.
About the RoleAs an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards. You will help create a calm, fair, and supportive environment for students during what can be a high-pressure time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising students during examinations, ensuring all regulations are followed
- Distributing and collecting exam papers efficiently
- Maintaining a quiet and focused exam environment
- Assisting with setting up examination venues
- Reporting any irregularities or concerns in line with school procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and academic understanding
- A degree is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and observant at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills xwzovoh
