The London office of a specialist group actions firm is looking to hire an Associate to join its growing disputes team.

The firm acts for large groups of claimants in complex, high-value litigation against major corporates, often involving thousands of individuals and significant public interest issues. Its work spans competition claims, product liability disputes, data and privacy matters, equal pay litigation, and other forms of large-scale collective actions.

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on major claimant-side disputes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to progress complex cases involving substantial claimant groups.

Key aspects of the role will include:

  • assisting partners and senior lawyers on complex group and multi-claimant litigation;
  • helping coordinate the teams involved in progressing large-scale claims;
  • preparing correspondence and court documentation;
  • conducting legal research and drafting materials for ongoing disputes; and
  • supporting the day-to-day management of substantial litigation matters.

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or barristers with litigation experience, likely in the region of 2-5 years' PQE. Lawyers qualified in Commonwealth jurisdictions with relevant experience and sufficient PQE who are interested in relocating to London are also encouraged to apply.
