Strategic Planning Manager – Office Fit-Out

Wates Smartspace is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning across pre-construction activities for CAT A and B fit out and refurbishment projects. You will collaborate with Pre-Construction, Commercial, Design and Operational teams to ensure robust programmes aligned with client expectations.

The role requires senior planning leadership, strong stakeholder management and a track record in major fit-out delivery. Hybrid working with weekly London presence is offered.
