Attribution Search is partnered with a leading global investment firm to hire an Operations Specialist (Corporate Actions) into its London office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing operations and middle office team, supporting multiple trading strategies across EMEA markets. The role offers close interaction with Portfolio Managers, trading desks and external counterparties within a fast‑paced, front‑office aligned environment.
The Role
This position sits within the Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing function, with responsibility for managing the full lifecycle of corporate action events across EMEA markets. You will act as a key point of contact for trading teams, ensuring accurate processing, timely communication and effective risk management across a wide range of event types. Alongside core responsibilities, the role also offers involvement in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives, working closely with technology and global operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate action events across EMEA markets, from announcement through to pay-date
- Support cross-border transactions, including funding, FX exposure and P&L considerations
- Perform daily reconciliations across trades, cash and positions, resolving breaks and mitigating risk
- Act as a primary contact for asset servicing queries, liaising with trading teams, PMs and external counterparties
- Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements alongside technology and global teams
Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing or Equity Operations
- Strong front-to-back understanding of corporate actions processing and equity swap mechanics
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with front-office stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to SQL and/or Python is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
